Winch Access Panel & Hook Holder Bundle with Red Clips for Land Rover Defender L663

This is a custom-designed winch accessory kit for the Land Rover Defender L663.
This bundle includes our access panel kit, hook holder, and cable tidy kit, as detailed below.

Winch Hook Holder Kit
The winch hook holder mounts to the top of the front bumper winch housing and gives a mounting plinth to stow the winch hook so you are off-road ready.
The cable tidy clips into the front grille mesh and provides a clip to keep the cable stowed securely (this prevents the cable from getting in the view of the camera).
When needed, all you need to do is remove the retaining clip from the holder, and the winch hook is ready to go!
To fit this item, you will need to fit the supplied Rivnut – if you don’t have a Rivnut fitting tool, see our other listing to purchase.
An additional benefit of this kit is that it secures the front plastic panel that often comes loose from the factory-fitted velcro fixing.

Access Panel Kit
You may need to reset the WARN-manufactured winch if the controller and winch stop talking to each other (ours did!) – however, the reset is hidden behind the winch and is hard to access.
We did manage to reset ours by disconnecting the winch from the battery live power but this isn’t an ideal solution, especially if you’re out in the field!
Some people have been cutting an access gap in the mesh grille – but the problem is that this leaves an unsightly hole in the front of the vehicle.
This kit includes an aluminum panel (powder-coated Black) that matches the grille pattern.
Simply use the supplied template to cut the access hole in your grille and then you can fit the aluminum panel to hide the access hole!
The panel clips into place with specially designed clips that we 3D print in-house.
All clips in this kit are supplied in red for enhanced touch-point visibility but we all sell this kit with black clips if you prefer – see our other listing to purchase.
